Case Description: This patient was bothered by the hump on her nose, the down-turned tip, and the width of the base of her nose. In her consultation with Chris Johnson, MD, she expressed a desire for a dramatic change with an elevated, refined tip and a smoother, more defined bridge. After discussing her options, she chose to wait on narrowing the nose until seeing her new nasal proportions. Within weeks of surgery, she was thrilled with her rhinoplasty result and ultimately decided she did not need further narrowing. Photos taken 3 months after surgery.
