Case Description: This 70-year-old gentleman presented seeking improvement to his upper eyelids to help his eyes appear more open and less tired. He was so concerned about an unnatural or “too lifted” result that he put off having the surgery for years. Finally, his daughter convinced him to have the surgery. He subsequently underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and endoscopic browlift with Dr. Chris Johnson of Augusta, Georgia. Not only did his eyes look more open and refreshed but they didn’t feel as after a long day. Both he and his daughter were very excited about his result. Photos taken at 1 month post operatively.
